 FAQs

  • We currently cover most of Massachusetts except Western MA, The Cape and Islands. We cover the Charleston area of SC and all of Beaufort County SC. We feel that getting to know you and you providers in person is an important part of advocacy, therefore we do not offer virtual advocacy.

  • Our services are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.

Depending on the policy, some long term care insurance will reimburse for our services once it has been activated and the elimination period is completed.

We work specifically for you so we don't have insurance companies dictating what we can or cannot do.

We are looking out for your best interest.

  • We charge by the hour. When we first sign a contract together, you will be required to pay for 10 hours up front. Once that initial 10 hours is used up, we can discuss other payment options. We accept checks or credit cards.

  • There is no designated time frame to work with us. Most clients continue to work with us for many years. If for some reason things aren't working out, we will refund any unused portion of your retainer.

  • We do not provide personal care services. We work along with caregivers so that we can provide the best care for our clients.

  • We try our best to be available for our current clients in the event of an emergency. Unfortunately we are unable to take on emergency situations for non-clients due to the amount of preparation work required to intake a new client.
